Work is based on UTM (thickness gauging) survey findings, and our team can carry out the full survey and reporting in-house, followed by the required steel renewal to bring the vessel back within Class-allowable thickness limits.

Codes & Standards
All work carried out to the requirements of the vessel’s Classification Society (DNV, Bureau Veritas) for welding and steel renewal. Welders are the same Class-certified team used across our other structural and piping work.
Recent Project Tank Steel Renewal — Rope Access Entry
Plating renewal carried out inside a vessel tank, with technicians accessing the work area via rope access due to restricted internal access. Work included plate cutting, fit-up, and welding of new steel sections, carried out under Class-approved procedures.
